30/40MM POWDER STEEL DURABLUE COATED TWIST DRILL, WELDON OR FEIN QUICK-IN SHANK

PROPERTIES:

Made of ASP powder steel for drilling of difficult materials like railway tracks, stainless steels, exotic alloys. Applicable wherever a high wear resistance and lifetime are required.

Karnasch twist drills are produced in a heavy-duty geometry for immediate self-centering, easy cutting and highest lifetimes.

Diameter 6 – 16 mm coolant througt groove on the schank.
Diameter 17 – 27,5 mm with internal cooling supply.

Extreme surface hardness and steekness yield extreme lifetimes even under non-optimum conditions like overhead work, dry- drilling, etc.

USAGE:

For drilling in all steels up to 1400N also in difficult materials like railway tracks, stainless steels, exotic alloys. Applicable wherever a high wear resistance and lifetime are required. Ideal for all kinds of railway tracks up to 1100N (60UIC). More than 100 drills in UIC 6 possible.
